Project: CONTINOUS EMISSION MONITORING SYSTEM (CEMS) OVERALL SCOPE
Location: Ras Gas (Qatar Petroleum) Ras-Laffan, Qatar.
Project Date: 10/2014-03/2016 (Expected Date to Complete).
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Level IV plan (Resource loaded) on Primavera P6 as per Client requirement.
• Preparing schedule, Planning & Progress Reports/Statements.
• Creation of project budget and monitoring of the cost incurred.
• Preparation & Distribution of daily and weekly work schedules and S-Curves based on 4‐week and 3-months look ahead plans to Discipline Engineers.
• Generation of Weekly Work front based on Material Control Sheet for assigned area.
• Preparation of indents and follow up with commercial team for timely delivery of items.
• Preparation of Scope Variation order requests and record keeping of all approved variation orders.
• Procurement of project material as per BOQ/MTO (such as piping, fittings, valves, steel structure, E&I and civil materials.)

 To visit the construction site daily to check whether all works, materials, equipment, are in accordance with QA/QC program, Project drawing & specification. When defective materials, equipment, or workmanship are found, immediate action to be taken to correct them, & to report the corrective action to the Site Superintendent.
